DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2018-2121 K C
Elizabeth Andujar, Petitioner-Respondent, v Cheryl Ng, Respondent-Appellant, et al., Respondents.

Motion by appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 14, 2018, on a purported appeal therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, as the notice of appeal is jurisdictionally defective in that it fails to properly designate the court to which the appeal is being taken (see CPLR 5515 [1]).
