ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated October 19, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 24, 2018, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the word "Supreme" and substituting therefor the word "Family."
