Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 15, 2017, and a judgment of the same court entered November 17, 2017, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to making a motion pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeals as the appeals have been deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a).
