On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 17, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 25, 2015, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the words "nine copies" and substituting therefor the words "an original and five hard copies."
