Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 7, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to serve and file the replacement brief is extended until February 1, 2019, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies, and one digital copy of the replacement brief, and serve one copy of the replacement brief on the District Attorney, on or before that date.
