Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 19, 2018, and a referee's report of the same court dated December 28, 2017, to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the referee's report is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Levy v Levy, 20 AD3d 511); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
