| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by Mary Baglio, as administrator of the estate of Teresa Kennedy, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 16, 2017, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Teresa Kennedy, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Mary Baglio, as administrator of the estate of Teresa Kennedy, is substituted for the deceased appellant Teresa Kennedy, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until February 5, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
