| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay the sale, transfer, or encumbrance of the subject premises, and to stay any actions regarding the tenancy or leasehold of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 21, 2017, and a judgment of the same court entered December 5, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the sale, transfer, or encumbrance of the subject premises, located at 16-17 Bell Blvd, Bayside, NY, and any actions regarding the tenancy or leasehold of the subject premises, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
