| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner-appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 9, 2018, to continue the remand of the subject children Chase S., Kylie J., and Kaden B. to it, and to direct that the respondent-respondent comply with any orders of protection concerning the subject children in effect at the time that the order dated November 9, 2018, was issued, except for visits approved by it or by an approved resource, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated November 9, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed, the remand of the subject children Chase S., Kylie J., and Kaden B. to the petitioner-appellant is continued, and the respondent-respondent shall comply with any orders of protection concerning the subject children in effect at the time that the order dated November 9, 2018, was issued, except for visits approved by it or by an approved resource, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated November 9, 2018.
