Motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 8, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a reply brief is extended until December 28, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
