ORDERED that this appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered December 2, 2016, is stricken from the general calendar and the appeals calendar on the ground that the appeal has not been properly perfected in that the trial minutes, which were incorporated into the court's return, have not been settled.
