Finkel & Associates, PLLC, having moved to withdraw as counsel for petitioner on the appeal, and to "stay" the case for not less than 30 days so petitioner-respondent can retain new counsel, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of granting retained counsel leave to withdraw as counsel for petitioner-respondent on this appeal, and adjourning the appeal to the May 2019 Term.
