ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 28, 2018, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 25, 2018, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the word "his" and substituting therefor the words "the appellant's."
