Motion by Thomas Colucci for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated June 29, 2018, which determined an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, entered May 23, 2017, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
