Motion by Zhuang Li Cai, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated March 23, 2018, which determined an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered March 26, 2015, and to direct the removal of a certain fence, retaining wall, and driveway cover.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
