Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, entered July 16, 2018, in effect, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 7, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 7, 2018 is continued on condition the appeal be perfected by January 4, 2019, as the record on appeal No. 2018-1594 W C was misdocketed under appeal No. 2018-1717 W C; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appeal No. 2018-1717 W C is discontinued and the appeal will proceed under appeal No. 2018-1594 W C.
