On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 6, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 21, 2017, and a judgment of the same court entered December 5, 2017, is amended (1) by deleting from the caption thereof the first name "Allessio" and substituting therefor the first name "Alessio," (2) by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "an appeal" and substituting therefor the word "appeals," and (3) by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "Queens County."
