Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 27, 2018, inter alia, to waive the motion filing fee and to hold the respondent in contempt.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal is deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a).
