| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay the sale of the subject premises and enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered July 19, 2018, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the judgment and an order of the same court dated June 19, 2017, to consolidate the appeals, to deem the briefs and appendices filed in connection with the appeal from the order to be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a stay is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals, for leave to serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment is granted and on or before January 14, 2019, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.
