Appeals having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about November 13, 2017 and a judgment of resentence of said court, rendered on or about April 2, 2018, And defendant-appellant, through his assigned counsel, The Center for Appellate Litigation, having moved to recall and vacate the prior order of assignment of this Court, entered September 6, 2018 (M-2503), which granted defendant poor person relief and assigned The Center for Appellate Litigation to the appeal from the judgment of resentence, rendered on or about April 2, 2018, and to issue a new order of assignment covering the November 13, 2017 judgment of conviction as well as the
April 2, 2018 judgment of resentence, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of amending this Court's September 6, 2018 order of assignment to include the appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about November 13, 2017, as well as the judgment of resentence of the same court, rendered on or about April 2, 2018.
