Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Danielle C. Wild, Esq., dated September 7, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 23, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 11, 2018, and inserting in its place the date November 13, 2018.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect will be granted to appellant's present counsel absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
