Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 6, 2017, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to perfect the appeal is extended until February 13, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
