Appeal by Moises C. from an amended order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 26, 2018. By scheduling order dated October 19, 2018, the respondent-appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until November 19, 2018. The respondent-appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
