DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 4, 2018, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order as allows overnight visitation between the respondent and the subject children is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal and the motion is otherwise denied.
