DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Scott Pinelli from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated February 8, 2018. By scheduling order dated October 19, 2018, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until November 23, 2018. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
