DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Lawyers for Children, Inc., and the National Association of Counsel for Children to extend the time to file an amici curiae brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 16, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the movants' time to serve and file an amici curiae brief is extended, and the amici curiae brief shall be served on the parties, and one original and five duplicate hard copies, and one digital copy shall be filed in this Court, on or before December 28, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae brief within 10 days after service upon them of the amici curiae brief.
