Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 20, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a brief is extended until January 14, 2019, and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
