Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Matthew A. Goettel, Esq., sworn to November 13, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that petitioner-respondent submit his briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before December 17, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
