Orders having been entered on October 5, 2017, granting respondent-appellant's motions to perfect the appeals taken herein as a poor person and assigning Bernadette Hoppe, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeals, and orders having been entered on January 30, 2018, substituting Keli A. Iles-Hernandez, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Keli Iles-Hernandez, Esq., dated November 6, 2018,
It is hereby ORDERED that David J. Pajak, Esq., 13179 Broadway, Suite 2, Alden, New York 14004, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeals taken from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on February 28, 2017, and June 15, 2017, in place and in stead of Keli A. Iles-Hernandez, Esq., and said appeals may be prosecuted upon one hard copy of the complete record and an original and five hard copies, and one digital copy of appellant's brief, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Erie County is hereby directed to provide David J. Pajak, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent-appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before February 8, 2019, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
