An order having been entered on September 1, 2016, granting petitioner-appellant's motion to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Bernadette Hoppe, Esq., and an order having been entered on January 31, 2018, substituting Keli A. Iles-Hernandez, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Keli Iles-Hernandez, Esq., dated November 6, 2018,
It is hereby ORDERED that Charles J. Greenberg, Esq., 3840 East Robinson Road, Suite 318, Amherst, New York 14228-2001, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 10, 2016, in place and stead of Keli A. Iles-Hernandez, Esq.; and said appeal may be prosecuted upon one hard copy of the complete record and an original and five hard copies, and one digital copy of appellant's brief, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Erie County is hereby directed to provide Charles J. Greenberg, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner-appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before February 8, 2019, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
