Now, upon reading and filing the statements of Ronald G. Hull, Esq., dated December 10, 2018, and Barrett D. Mack, Esq., dated December 11, 2018,
It is hereby ORDERED that defendant's application is granted, and defendant's appeal shall be perfected on or before January 16, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that plaintiff's application is granted, and plaintiff's cross appeal shall be perfected on or before February 15, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
