Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 8, 2018, and an order of the same court also dated January 8, 2018, for failure to timely perfect. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended until January 14, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
