Motion by the appellants pro se on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 29, 2018, and a judgment of the same court entered February 9, 2018, to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellants' appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the order on application of this Court dated October 3, 2018.
