Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 5, 2018, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated May 8, 2018, to reinstate the appeal, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal. Cross motion by the nonparty-respondent to impose a sanction upon the appellant and for an award of counsel fees.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
