| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 21, 2016, which granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 12, 2016, under Indictment No. 1605/15, to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel is also granted with respect to an appeal from a judgment of the same court also rendered April 12, 2016, under Indictment No. 1522/15.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
