| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Helen L. Mitchell, inter alia, for leave to reargue her prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 5, 2018, and, inter alia, to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 13, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
