DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Candace Gunderson, Appellant. |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered December 21, 2016, is stricken from the appeals calendar and the general calendar on the ground that the appeal has not been properly perfected.
A review of the record on appeal indicates that the original photographic exhibits that were introduced into evidence are not included in the record. In the circumstances of this case, these exhibits must be included in the record.
