Motion by appellant, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Crawford , Orange County, rendered January 22, 2018. Appellant also seeks, in effect, summary reversal of the conviction.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before February 15, 2019. That branch of the motion, in effect, seeking summary reversal is denied.
