Motion by appellant to stay all proceedings pending the determination of the appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered December 5, 2018.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied in its entirety without prejudice to renewal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the temporary stay granted by this court on December 7, 2018, is vacated. Appellant failed to obtain the jurisdiction of the Appellate Term prior to serving the order to show cause.
