SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeals by Richard S. Monzone from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 4, 2017, and October 10, 2017, respectively. Pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]), it is

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.5[e][1]) and by serving and filing the appellant's brief on the appeals is extended until January 14, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
