Appeal by Michael Bunin from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 30, 2018. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification Olatokunbo Sofola, dated December 10, 2018, it is

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
