| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated February 13, 2018. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and to stay the sale of the subject premises is denied; and it is further.
ORDERED that the motion to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until January 16, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
