Appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered April 6, 2005.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties to the appeal and cross appeal are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the above-entitled appeal and cross appeal as abandoned by filing an affirmation or affidavit on that issue with the Clerk of this Court on or before January 11, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties to the appeal and cross appeal by regular mail.
