Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 1, 2017, to include certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.5[e][1]), and by serving and filing a brief on the appeal is extended until January 14, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
