Motion by the appellant-respondent on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 24, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 21, 2018, for leave to enter judgment in the sum of $6,879.50 plus interest and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee in connection with the motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking appropriate relief in the Supreme Court, Kings County.
