Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 19, 2017, and to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from an order of the same court dated June 29, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated December 19, 2017, is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is extended until January 22, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]).
