DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 16, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 1, 2018, the appellant's motion to waive compliance with the requirements regarding certification of the appellant's appendix was denied without prejudice to renew on or before November 26, 2018. The appellant has failed to move to renew the motion to waive compliance with the requirements regarding certification of the appellant's appendix.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 1, 2018.
