Motion by the appellant to add nonparty NJ115 Limited Liability Company as a respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 5, 2016, and to stay the nonparty NJ115 Limited Liability Company from continuing certain proceedings in the District Court, Suffolk County, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
