DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 8, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition the appeal be perfected by March 1, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before March 1, 2019, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
It is noted that the stay is applicable only to the above-entitled action, as that is the only action which is properly before this court.
