Motion by Kalmon Glovin and Sara Glovin for leave to reargue their prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated February 9, 2018, which determined appeals from two judgments of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, one dated September 26, 2011, and one entered November 20, 2012, and an order of the same court also dated September 26, 2011. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 31, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
